I decided to start juicing and wanted a healthier way. This book has accomplished it and the benefits are that I have lost weight. If I don't have it and have something normal for breakfast all I want to do is take a nap. With juicing like these recipes, I feel ready to go with lots of energy. My juicer broke so now use my blender and am getting even more benefits by having the pulp. I have to add water to blend it but hey, we never get too much water.
