This is a must-read, along with What to Say When You Talk to Yourself by Shad Helmstetter, for anyone wishing to tap into the power of the subconscious mind to improve their life. It does take a more esoteric, mystical approach to the subject than the other title mentioned above, and having been written in the 1960s the language may come across as a little dated to some. But I would highly recommend it as an original source of many of the ideas currently presented in modern self-help books for seekers of this type of knowledge.
