Irene Gonzalez Rosales is a retired teacher who lives in San Antonio, TX. She has a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with certifications in Spanish and Journalism. Her Master's Degree is in Elementary Education with a certification in Bilingual Education. Irene grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas. For thirty years, She taught in Houston area schools. She enjoys reading, writing and gardening. She also takes extra joy in collecting traditional children's songs and rhymes in Spanish for her grandchild, Owen Diego. She and her husband John enjoy traveling.
