    Durable, better than original

    We've bought this basket twice to replace the original basket that came with the dishwasher. The original depeloved lots of holes in the bottom, so cutlery would fall through. No such problem with the Electruepart basket. We had our first Electruepart basket for a couple of years without any problems at all. No undue holes or other quality issues. It only broke because I accidently stepped on it. Specifically bought a new one of the same design. The only issue is that the handle comes lose very easily. The snap-in hooks just aren't strong enough. Easily and permanently fixed with a few zip-ties (through the hook-holes in the basket, then through the holes in the handle part). Have not tested the fold-down lid, as we have no need for it.

    basket mesh

    this is the second one of these we bought. it just doesn't last the test of time. plastic must breakdown over use in high temps or something as after about 6-8 months the bottom of the basket mesh broke in several places. we bought again as it fits our machine and delivery was fast. certainly cheaper than a new machine!

    strong and many uses

    In a normal size dishwasher this would fit perfectly but I have a table top one and it was to large so use it as a sink tidy made with good materials very strong would recommend seller

    Not for hotpoint dishwasher s

    It's exactly as described. No fuss and no nonsense. It does not fit into my hotpoint dishwasher but for the price I can't complain. The plastic is thick which I loved. Overall the product is great and worth it.
