I had to call the retailer for Lot no and DOM/Exp Dt. I believe for chemicals these information should be available online. I have received the item in a oversize box and inner pack was open and the measuring spoon was missing, now I have to find another spoon and Calibrate it. The shipping personnel needs to be more careful with packing and delivery as we customers couldn't get any missing items. the inner plastic sellable bag seem too small and the powder was spilled outside-Quality?
