Dr Michele Olson has 5 different 10 minute workouts on this one DVD. You can chose just one, or any number to do. You can also personalise your workout before it even starts, and as soon as the chosen workout/workouts are selected, you are taken straight to it/them. At 10 minutes duration, these workouts don't take up a lot of time, but are surprisingly effective and as you are using many different muscles at the same time, burn more calories per minute than any other exercises I've ever done! You will know you've had a workout by the end of them! I will definitely be getting more of Dr Olson's kettlebell DVDs in the future.

It is an awesome dvd for beginners. Best purchase made. I have made it from 1 10min work out to 2 10min workouts a day. I really feel it working and not making me too exhausted for my family. Got any more from this lady with different workouts I would be very interested.
