So I have been using this tea for 3-4 months now and taking breaks in between. I normally take it 3 times a week 2/3 bags and it works wonders. I’ve lost 5kg no joke. I was very consistent with it. I normally take it before bet -round 10/11pm and I open my bowels the next day 12pm afternoon. The only this I don’t like about the tea is the cramps and I think if you take it for a long time your body starts to reject it. Now when I take the tea I feel like vomiting. So I’m going take a long break from it and come back. For anyone that wants to try it I recommend it. It really works
