Great display. Quite accurate But it wasn't made clear in the add that the full brightness display is only activated for about 5 seconds when you press the "snooze" button unless you use an separate power source. Not supplied!

A lot of unnecessary features, the screen is difficult to read, the screen at all the time is dark, if you want to see - you have to press the button to turn on for 3 seconds ... just awful ... Now its work, but...

Comes with no instructions. You need to put the batteries into the sensor first. Then put the batteries into the display unit and press the little "test" button inside the sensor to initiate launch sequence or you'll just think the unit doesn't work. There's no way to keep the LED display on even when you're setting up which means you have to press the snooze button every 2 seconds to see what's happening. Batteries go flat after 2 weeks. Good luck figuring this thing out if you haven't used one before.

The main problem I had was that without pressing the backlight, the screen was almost invisible. Dont let that pretty picture fool you (did they take that photo within 3.5 seconds of pressing the snooze button?) I had to put a very bright light on it to see anything, and had to view within about a 20 degree angle of view. The snooze button does show the backlight, which is brilliant, but despite the manual saying this would last for 5 seconds, it was around 3.5 seconds, hardly enough time to click any of the other buttons. No way to keep the backlight on (yes it saves batteries) . The sensor at first showed on the receiver , then it didnt, tried new batteries , changed channels, 'rebooted' the sensor, sensor was ok . Nothing. I will never buy a backlit LCD/LED again if it does not allow for a socket for an outside power source and a permanent on option for the backlight. I threw it in the bin, it had cost me hours of frustration. I managed to get an external power onto it via the battery connectors, and that made no difference to it's almost invisible screen.Read full review

The display is not visible unless you press the backlight on. It works otherwise, but whats the point if you can't even see whats on the screen. Very badly designed product.
