Rafael M Nido has lived out unemployment, poverty and homelessness; acute anxiety attacks, a breakdown of thought processes and poor emotional responsiveness, two divorces and multiple financial stumbles; yet always, believing in a loving 'God', that on multiple occasions, does for him, what he can not do for himself. In 1982 started buying Real Estate. Spent 30 years Buying dilapidated Real Estate with limited monetary funds; properties to Rehabilitate and Sell repaired to gain Capital to reinvest. Nido Goenaga and like his Grandfather Don Rafael Nido Nido, one of nine instrumental in raising the Standards of Real Estate Sales to National Association of Realtors(R) (N.A.R.) and starting the Puerto Rico Real Estate Board, in the U.S. Territory of Puerto Rico. Between 1993 thru 2006, with limited derelict financial resources and under distressful circumstances, in order to honor the loving memory of his grandmother Maria Concepcion Bernardina Goenaga Sanjurjo and the dignity of his father Rafael Francisco Nido Goenaga, Rafael Mariano Nido managed for his father his real estate properties and attended to his health care needs, while living under infra human living conditions at 1516 Martin Travieso, Santurce, Puerto Rico; and after his father passed away in 2001, stayed in Puerto Rico, to make sure Estate of Rafael F Nido settled in a fair and equitable manner.
