I found this easy and simple to use. The set up was easy by telephone and it even works in my house where I have no cell phone service. I use it mostly for horseback riding. With added fees, the basic cost comes to around 22 dollars a month, so it is more expensive than I had hoped. The biggest problem is that it doesn't stay charged very long, so you can't wear it all day and night. For someone who just wants to use it occasionally it is fine.
