In sound quality is good but requires a little more volume, using on a Polycom so volume level is well once adjusted. However outbound calls have a 60hz humming sound that changes with motion around the phone. Same problem on other phones. But for 5 dollars it is OK for sitting on conference calls muted, so others don't hear the buzz.

Needed for work. Hooked it up and tested it. People can hear me well but i can't hear them, a very fine sound comes through. Tried on other phones and same deal. Some co-workers have headsets similar to this one and they work good (different brands) but one Co-worker had a headset amplifier, so I connected it and bam I could hear well. So guess I'm spending on a headset amp now :/

the sound is not loud. the headset itself is comfortable and the inline volume and mute controls are convenient and easy to operate. the output of sound compared to other headsets like this is awful.

Easy to set up. Worth the money but the cord could be longer. Hard to hear incoming calls even when volume is at max level.
