I've bought this DVD 3 times. I gave one away and can't find one. This DVD is great for winter months if you want to keep active. Workout it perfect. You can use once a week or everyday. You can also workout at your own pace. Great for beginners!! I use for 30 minutes 3 times a week to keep my body active or when I don't feel like leaving the house. I have Fibromylgia the DVD helps reduce my pain by walking more even if it's only for a 15 minute workout.

It's nice to have choices for different workouts to curb boredom and insure your body doesn't get used to the workout. The moves are very easy, which is why I usually look for Leslie's products. The times range from 20 -37 minutes per workout, just pick the one that fits your schedule best! The pilates provide an avenue for strength training, while the rest meet cardiovascular needs. I do recomend this product.
Great workout video to really make you sweat, yet low impact as to not make my knees and hips hurt. I was surprised to have the stretch band included!
