Author Biography
Robyn Ness has been using and writing about Mac OS X since 2001. Over the years, she has contributed to more than a dozen books about the Mac, web development software, and digital media. A glutton for punishment, she often helps family, friends, and colleagues diagnose and correct their computer problems and has learned the hard way what regular people understand and don't understand about Mac OS X, and computers in general. Robyn currently works as a web developer at Ohio State University, focusing on user-centered design, information architecture, and content development. In her spare time, she tests the bounds of iPhoto by taking a ridiculous number of digital photographs, the best of which can be seen at www.floraphotographs.com. She also really likes dogs.
