It is a good product. The sound is marvelous. The manufacturer needs to redesign the ear piece so that it can stay inside the ear. It keeps popping out.

I was excited to buy these Samsung earbuds for a number of reasons. After using them all I can say is I got punked! The design LOOKS good but all else is not so good. They are slightly uncomfortable but more than that, the audio quality is horrible.

Earphones arrived quickly and in the packaging promised. The look and sound were as expected. Unfortunately, the earphones tore at the plug in point roughly 3 months in. While they technically still work I can see the inside wires and the product unraveling. The earphones aren't sturdy and don't hold up under normal travel/wear and tear. :(
