I bought a cheaper one of these and it sprung a leak within a few months. As soon as I took this one out of the box, I could tell it was better quality. I have been working with this product to help with my neck issues. The current item I have had been deflating while in use. So in quality I would give this less stars. However if I continue to pump it up when needed and stay on it for 5/10 minutes it did help with my issues. I also have purchased a different pillow which has helped I believe as well. Getting it out along with Matt to lay on is aggravating. However if u have space to put it out and keep it out would be More convenient. I do like the strap for the handpiece to keep your neck in proper alignment as you’re in use.
