I heard many were not happy with the size or noise. I got this so I could exercise while sitting. I use it at home and fits the bill I need. I do long or tabata workouts with youtube videos. So far so good no complaints. My wife thinks I am asleep but often I am working out. Long sitting and low active rates lead to my issues last year. If you want something to help with sitting too long in front of the pc this has worked for me. Standing up is another story over 250 and tall 6'4" not so good
