I've always had a tough time getting a 3 metal up in the air quickly and I realize it is swing technique that does it. But this club is truly designed to help compensate for a lack of swing technique off of tight lies. It is the longest and easiest 3 metal I've ever used...

Much better than expected. Very long off the tee and fairway. It usually takes a few rounds to get use to a new 3 wood but this taylormade was an immediate and perfect fit after a few holes.

I was looking for a bit more loft than a standard 15 degree 3 wood and this club with a 16.5 degree loft is just what the doctor ordered. The ball jumps off the face of this club when hitting the sweet spot. Being able to adjust to different lofts is helpful as well. Love this RocketballZ fairway wood.

I think it's great. I'm 54 and it's a light 3 wood. I had a R11s. Gave it to my son. It offered no advantage for me. He on the other hand prefers the R11s but he's only 18. Mine has the Diamani shaft which works perfect but the stock shaft might be just as good but I had it laying around so I just put it in the 3 wood. I still hit the driver 265 but my fairway woods and irons are usually shorter than my contemporaries. I hit the R11s about 215. I hit this thing 230. That's big for me to able to purchase that kind of help.
Hits just like a TaylorMade should. Only took a few range balls to dial my swing in and hits very consistent after that.
