Great product for the price, works well no dramas and easy to set up. However you do need a HDMI cable to run from your tv or monitor into the HDMI Switcher as it doesn’t come with one only comes with the HDMI Switcher, remote control and an IR extender receiver

The good thing is it arrived. It doesn't come with a power source or a HDMI cable, so you have to also buy those. The cable with the usb fitting one end and the pin jack end isn't long enough. Because the usb cable is to short the unit can't reach the top of the cabinet to sit on the cabinet and allow the remote to be used.

They sent me the 5 to 1 switch and not the 3 to 1 as ordered. It worked only for 1 week. After that when I press the button, the switch moves to another input momentarily, and moves back to the original input. I tried to move two hdmi cables to several combinations of the hdmi inputs (input 1 & 2, input 1 & 3, input 4 & 5, etc) and still has the same problem. Even, sometimes it doesn't want to switch to another input at all.

Clear 4K picture from this device, I was concerned about yet another power connection but appears to take power from what ever device is plugged in, switches automatically when a new input is turned on but manual option exists if required. Great electronic switching is cleaner than a mechanical switch. The remote is however a bit pointless but I’m sure it would work fine, this device is well constructed but a bit light when plugging 4 heavy HDMI leads into it. Buy this it does precisely what you want it to do!
