MPPT Regulator Functionality
The heatsink of the regulator is siliconed to the back of the panel. This makes the functionality of the device suspect. The heatsink requires ventilation to expel heat generated for optimum performance. I have heard of regulators failing when in use, particularly when the panels are in the hot sun. My regulator is now spaced 12-15m off the back of the panel. I am not expecting any problems now.

LED Caravan Annex Light
The white cover on the top half of the fitting turned yellow and started to crack after three years on my caravan.
As parts aren't available I had to purchase a complete fitting to be able to put a new top on mine. Lets hope this one is uv stabilised and will last longer.
