Good if you want vitamins, not only calcium. Slow working.
Well, its contain Calcium and some unnecessary vitamins - and because of that, I got allergy. I wish it contain ONLY Calcium and D3, but its not. Tablets big, strong, white, tastes like chalk. I eat it 2 weeks and didnt see any change in my nails, so, I guess, formula not the best one, very slow working.
