Great Supplement for Mood and Body
I started taking Vitamin D during the winter months only and have stuck by this brand, it’s clear simple and good quality. Since taking it throughout the last year, partly to strengthen my immune system, I’d say it’s helped my mood, as a supplement you don’t notice your immune system change, but you take this as you understand the mechanisms at play and trust the science is sound.
