  Good tool and very good customer service from the seller. However, it was sent with Couriers Please who are not a service company. The item appeared to be lost so I tried to call them as suggested by the seller and hung up after 1 hour and 10 minutes on hold. I tried emailing Couriers please support and they send you the form that you used to contact them in the first place. When the item arrived it was covered in black gunk which suggests it had been sliding around a delivery van for sometime.
