I have neutral experience as data in the item description is not matching the items but have I done a proper research myself I'd know that the item is not what the packaging is claiming it to be - so in this case both of us share the blame. The received items were not in top condition, one has a dead battery but the seller was responsive and eager to help resolve the matter. Shipping is taking too much time in general. Kudos for the seller's communication skills and a will to fix the situation.

Still didn't receive any replacements for the faulty item. Additionally, the second item also stopped working so this is becoming a really bad experience. Avoid the "great deals" if you know what's good for you
