postage was $25.. I'm expecting better packing for that money. Lamps arrived with the trim falling off. Stuck together and swapped in bubble wrap with some scrunched newspaper. I had to re glue the trims back because there was NOTHING holding it together Contacted buyer who said "must have been Australia Post.. I packed carefully..". No is was a mediocre packing...No offer of refund for postage

The lampshades were in perfect order when packed. The newspaper was used to fill the voids so that the box that the lampshades were packed would not move during transport.
I bubble wrapped the lampshades individually and covered them before packing with the newspaperI have not had a problem with my packaging as per my positive reviews for over 697 reviews. The cost for postage was exact cost charged to me by AussiePost

Postage was charged $25 and postage on box was $18.25 for a used box...a bit of bubblewrap and newspaper...RIpped off plus trim falling off because of poor packing..
