Comprehensive user-friendly guide 2 LIVING w/depression
After reading SEVERAL and various books on depression, (and anxiety), this is the one i decided to put some cash out for. Just about everything i read in other books is contained in this one. There are no written exercises like those found in many "self-help" books. Having had chronic depression for over 19 years, this is the one book i have chosen to use as a tool to learn to live again. However, I know it won't get better without the help of my Higher Power.

A MUST HAVE for all Heart fans!

Solid & heavy duty portable safe.
Pros: Definitely heavy duty safe, (17#). Would take a strong power saw to break into it. Inner dimensions good and as listed.
Con: Key rather small for such a tough safe. The keyholes would be the vulnerable spot for a standard drill to open the safe.
Opinion: A real thief would a have tools to brake into just about any safe. I'm still Happy With This Safe!
