Best blades
Glad Fein finally came out with these Long-Life blades. And made the price more competitive. Used to be if you hit a nail or screw with the old style blades, that area on the cutting edge was toast. You could still use the blade, but the clean cuts were severely compromised by how bad the damage was; you just had to try and avoid that area and use the good portion that was left. And you did it because the blades were almost $50 buck a pop!!! That's why only the Pro's had the tool. Now with the new improved blades, I don't worry about the small stuff - pin nails or trim nails, sometimes even screws. Don't get me wrong, metal will still do a number on the teeth, but they now can take the occasional hit and still perform.

Pricey; but worth it?
Very pricey but also works very well. Would be great for the professional, but for a once in awhile use, maybe not worth the expense. Carrying case could have been a bit better constructed, more durable, and more secure in the latch mechanism - for what you're spending, the case should outlast the tool. The worst is when the case wears out and the hinge cracks apart and now the parts are getting scattered and lost. Still, well made and works like a charm.

Best compact light duty driver
This is a great addition to any tool box - pro and novice alike. I was a little skeptical about it's usefulness and durability at first; but sooner was pleasantly reassured that it was a smart purchase. Although only an 8V system, it is extremely versatile for those small jobs that don't require a larger tool. You'll be amazed at how often you'll use this instead of pulling out that heavy driver you always go to. The Gyro feature has a very short learning curve - pull the trigger and twist (righty-tighty, lefty-loosy). It's compact to fit into tight spaces and the quick flip handle makes this that much better where a pistol grip can't fit, but a straight shaft driver is needed. I do a lot of electrical and appliance work and this is fast and adaptable for almost any situation. The adjustable clutch is the icing on the cake. It holds a charge for a good long time and only takes about 40 min to recharge. I'm not a fan of cloth bags, but this has lots of room to store extra bits and drill bits. All in all a great value.
