Easy yet valuable read
Such a brilliant and simple concept! There are countless books on positive thought, the Law of Attraction, rejecting negativity, etc. But this book is a breath of fresh air. A nice quick read, very straight forward, and incredible in that the concept of not complaining is applicable from the first page! Just put on your bracelet (or a rubberband if you don't have one) and move it to the other wrist each time you audibly complain or criticize. And there you are, you've started your challenge to go 21 days complaint free!!! This is supposed to lead to a greater sense of happiness, what could be better? The bracelet brings awareness of your verbal habits immediately, which I find valuable, regardless of if you ever meet the challenge. The best part is that the author and the company aren't in it for profit. They give away the bracelets for free and seem genuinely interested in improving the mood and state of the world. I definitely reccomend for anybody and any age.

Perfect!!!
A great encyclopedia style book, pretty enough to be out on your coffee table. Of course not every single craft in the world can fit in one book, but this comes pretty close. Great to have around when you need ideas. In Martha Stewart style, each page is beautiful with her text surrounded by gorgeous color photographs. Nice instructions, stencils, and patters are also included. What would we do without Martha?
