  FC100 fire collar never arrived. I sent a message to the seller stating I want the product, just let me know when I will receive it. No communication from the seller at all. Which is very disappointing and frustrating. Are you even a legitimate business? eBay refunded as per their guarantee. Thank you eBay, but I’m still in need of a fire collar. What a waste of time this has been. Unfortunately cannot give less than 1 star.

  JOKER !!! item wasnt collected by you from aus post and was returned to sender at my expense . when i contacted you, you told me that you had purchased direct from promat and now wanted a refund . so basically your whole recollection of this transaction is a LIE !!! AND I HAVE THE MESSAGE FROM YOU TO PROVE IT .
