Great Book!
Very good book for any woman that desires to have healthy children. Really liked the author's real life story and reasoning for changing their family's health plan! Excellently written and organized. Wished it was meshed with some more grown up friendly foods since my kid's aren't picky but I'd still like to sneak in more unnoticeable veggies into our food, but will be great for feeding my children!
