NOT an "easy, pleasant transaction" for me, the buyer. I ordered and paid for the item on 22 Mar. The seller claims it was posted on 25 March. The seller claimed that they didn't have the item (they claimed it was damaged in their warehouse) and they were shipping a different colour. It's now 11 Apr and the item not received. I'll give it a couple more days and then ask for a refund through PayPal/eBay. NOT HAPPY. Not used to this poor service from an eBay supplier.

Remote control very difficult to use, otherwise a good unit.
Good product except for one very irritating problem.
That is, the remote control is very sensitive and one has to aim it very carefully at the unit to enable communication, which even then only works for about 1 in 3 pushes of the remote buttons.
I'm not sure if this is a common problem with the unit or the one I received is faulty.
Maybe someone else, or the manufacturer, can advise me what the problem is.
BTW I have read the instructions and am aware that the remote needs to be aimed at the unit within a 30degree angle. It still doesn't work as I would expect.
