Very thin / lightweight
It's OK but only thin plastic film (almost like cling wrap)... from the picture I was expecting it to be a thicker silicone type of material. And when you peel the backing paper off it doesn't hold it's shape making it a challenge to fix into place without folds and creases. But in saying that it's still better than having nothing at all there and having your door scratched by females long finger nails and diamond rings etc.

It looks better in the photos..!
I guess it's Ok for what we paid for, and even though it doesn't say it anywhere in the description, from looking at the photo I expected the black trim around the corners to be metal, so I was disappointed to discover the black trim is just wood strips painted black for show. I bought L (large) size kennel but it definitely would not house a large dog. Even in the picture it shows a small pomeranian type dog in it.

Reliable and Easy to Use
I got this via my NBN provider and have been happy with it from day one. My family friend who is an electrical engineer got one on my recommendation and he is happy with his. And we bought one more for my neighbour. Mine might freeze from time to time (once every 6 months) but it's easily fixed by unplugging, counting to 10 and plugging it back in again.
