It says it all.
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought this book because I was ready to change my eating habits and felt it would be informative and explain all the nutritional value, which it did. It has all the information you'll need to get started. Very informative and recipes are easy and good. It is an excellent book and reasonably priced.

Title says it all.
Been wanting this movie for years. It was my favorite in the 80s. I thought it was so old I wouldn't be able to find it on eBay, but I did. Love this movie!
