cost effective and 100% reliable
This is the way to create fine sourdough bread in 24 hours without setting up and maintaining the traditional sourdough starter. Each sachet provides the means of making one large loaf (or 2 small loaves) of soughdough bread without fail. At about AU$3.00 a sachet, this means you can make (usually better) bread at less than 50% of store bought bread cost. No sachet has yet failed; nor do I expect any to do so.
