Must Read Before you go to Japan
I buy multiple copies of this book and give it to people I know who are going to Japan particularly if they are going for more than a couple of weeks. It gives a fascinating insight to the Japanese culture of collective teamwork. Do not be put off by the fact it is written by a sportsperson. I was given this book whilst living in Japan and it captures the essence of how they work and live together in Japan.
For me it's a Must Read
