Breville Food Processors

The Australian company Breville, of Melbourne origins, has been around since 1932. With its rich history and continuous striving for better products, it is no wonder it has become a common household name and almost a synonym for home appliances. The company has won many awards and its Kitchen Wizz belongs among the best food processors in the world. Learn about the Breville models to decide which one best suits your needs.

Kitchen Wizz

The Kitchen Wizz series includes many models. The Kitchen Wizz 8 has the capacity of eight cups of liquid or eleven of dry food. Its quad blade system chops even large quantities of meat and vegetables effortlessly, and you can choose between mini chute and wide chute. The 8 model is among many products in the Breville disc food processor line, which can peel potatoes and slice vegetables. The Kitchen Wizz 11 is a bit different, a compact version of a processor. It does not come with a dough blade like the 8 model, but it does perform processing and slicing tasks with ease. In fact, the 11 Plus version does include a dough blade, too, as well as other extras, while the 8 Plus model comes with an additional jug for your smoothies.

Mini Wizz

The Mini Wizz helps you out if you need to handle a small quantity of food at a time, such as crushing garlic or pureeing baby food. The processor fits 500 ml worth of ingredients and uses 250 watts of power. Thanks to its compact shape, it does not demand too much valuable countertop space and is great for small kitchens. For safety, it includes non-slip feet and a locking system.

Sous Chef 12

The Sous Chef 12 is yet another powerful processor model, a true workhorse that can survive even in a commercial kitchen. The micro-serrated S-blade mixes, whips, and chops many ingredients, and with a variable slicing disc, you can produce slices from paper-thin to thick. With a safety interlock system and safety braking, the processor is a convenient helper.

Sous Chef Pro

The Sous Chef Pro 16 takes on the hardest tasks and completes them successfully, be it either grinding nuts into butter or slicing carrots. With three different feed chutes to choose from and a variable slicing disc that can make paper thin or very thick slices, this Breville bowl food processor is a workhorse that accommodates up to 16 cups of food.
