The Adrenaline was first launched way back in 1994, and is still going strong today with its 19th iteration. But the mid-sole is where the true magic happens. Previous Adrenaline versions have rollbars along the sides of the midsole to help keep your feet aligned, ie avoid overpronation. The latest version has been updated to include a guiderail system. The shoes has slightly raised strips along both sides of the midsole to help keep your foot centred as you run. If you start to roll inwards, it gently bumps your foot back into place. These won’t affect you if you’re a neutral runner, but you’ll definitely appreciate it if you do over pronate.
