These mushroom kits are prepared from waste coffee grounds and collected from Australian cafe’s by Life Cykel. These oyster mushrooms contain protein, iron, calcium, magnesium, selenium and vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6 and B7.

These guys are made as follows; Water is boiled for at least ten minutes, hot water is loaded into tubes, tubes are capped off, tubes are allowed to cool overnight, tubes are placed in clean and sterile glove box, everything is cleaned again, spore solution is made in glovebox and loaded into tubes, tubes are capped off and bagged up in custom zip-lock bags.
