The New Balance 998 MADE in USA x Concepts Low Esruc was a joint release by the brands in 2023. This lifestyle runner features an off-white mesh upper with tonal suede overlays. Its original model was made with materials that had been dipped in different colours to symbolize money. The updated version features multiple upgraded technologies to provide a cushioned sneaker. It has an ENCAP midsole to protect the feet during impact. ENCAP is a polyurethane shell enclosing an EVA core for increased stability and stress absorption. This sneaker is set on an ABZORB sole, with a surprising splash of royal blue in the forefoot. Additionally, the shoe also features a heel counter and a toe protection unit. There are reflective details along the vamp and back tab, drawing inspiration from a $100 bill. The quarter panel is adorned with a white leather ‘N’ emblem, while the olive green heel overlay has Concepts branding on it.
