You can view and change any of your addresses using the button below, or jump to each section of this page for more details.

Simply select Edit next to the address type you'd like to update, or Add if you haven't yet saved an address.

Changing your registration address

Your registration address is your main contact address, so it needs to be accurate and up to date.

To update your registration address, select the button below or follow these steps:

1. Go to My eBay - opens in new window or tab.
2. Select Account.
3. Select Personal Information or Business Information.
4. Select Edit next to Personal info.
5. Enter your new information and select Save.

Changing your delivery address

You can add a delivery address, edit or delete your saved addresses at any time, or even during checkout.

To make changes to the delivery addresses on your account, select the button below or follow these steps:

1. Go to My eBay - opens in new window or tab and select Account.
2. Select Addresses.
3. Select Edit next to Postage address.
4. Edit your information or select Add another address.

Updating your delivery details at checkout

At checkout, we'll show your primary delivery address as the default. However, you can always select a different address, or enter a new one, before you confirm your purchase. Whenever you enter a new address, we'll save it so you won't have to re-enter those details in the future.

Changing the delivery address for an item you've already paid for

Sellers generally can't change the delivery address that you provided at checkout. If they haven't yet sent the item, the best thing to do is to ask the seller to cancel the transaction, then repurchase the item with the correct delivery address.

Changing your dispatch address

This is the main address from which you send packages. We use this to help provide buyers with accurate delivery times, so it's important to keep it up to date. You can have more than one dispatch address.

To update your dispatch address, select the button below or follow these steps:

1. Go to My eBay - opens in new window or tab and select Account.
2. Select Addresses.
3. Select Edit next to Dispatch address.
4. Edit your information or select Add another address.

Changing your return address

This is the main address to which buyers can return items. You can have more than one return address and choose which one is provided to the buyer when accepting a return.

To update your return address, select the button below or follow these steps:

1. Go to My eBay - opens in new window or tab and select Account.
2. Select Addresses.
3. Select Edit next to Return address.
4. Edit your information or select Add another address.
