To help keep eBay a safe and lawful marketplace, we don't allow services related to personal or sexual relationships, personal advice, social media engagement or website traffic generation.
What is the policy?
The following services are not allowed:
Personal and relationship services
- Personal relationships, including in-person or online relationships
- Dating, sexual contact, escort services, or introductions to adult industries
- Services that imply sexual or adult activity
Social media and online engagement
- Offers to become "friends" or "followers" on social media sites
- Website traffic-driving services
Advice and financial schemes
- Personal advice or coaching
- Multi-level marketing programs
- Get-rich-quick schemes
Activity on eBay is required to follow this policy, the eBay User Agreement and all applicable laws, as well as respect the rights of third parties. If it doesn't, eBay may take action consistent with applicable laws and the eBay User Agreement, and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: Removing the listing or other content, issuing a warning, restricting activity or account suspension.

This policy helps you follow government regulations and the eBay User Agreement and supports a safe marketplace for everyone.
