What is the policy?
The following types of listings are not allowed:
- Airbags and airbag covers, including new, used, deployed, rebuilt and recalled airbags
- Vehicle titles cannot be included when offering parts
- Products not following the Emissions control defeat devices policy
- Parts or accessories designed to bypass any portion of an exhaust system, such as an exhaust cutout
Sellers can list the following items:
- Seat belts must be approved for use in the relevant type of vehicle and must display an approval mark
Activity on eBay is required to follow this policy, the eBay User Agreement and all applicable laws, as well as respect the rights of third parties. If it doesn't, eBay may take action consistent with applicable laws and the eBay User Agreement, and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: Removing the listing or other content, issuing a warning, restricting activity or account suspension.
