Seller Help

Seller Help is available to all sellers who have listed or sold an item within the past 120 days, and can be used to request defect, late shipment, or feedback removals.

With eBay's Seller Help, you can submit defect and feedback removal requests all in one place.

Requesting feedback, defect, and late shipment removals

You can now request defect, late shipment, and feedback removals through the relevant buttons in the Suggestions For You section of the Help home page or by going directly to Seller Help to or request defect removal - opens in new window or tab or feedback removal - opens in new window or tab.

You can submit a request to remove negative or neutral feedback, or a defect on your account:
