As described & fast shipping, customer service is also very prompt reply. However, the packaging could have been better. I ordered this graphic card along with some other computer parts, which cost almost $2000, but the items were just chucked in a box without any protection or good wrapping like other shops I purchased. The outer box came with water damages and resealed by AuPost, not seller fault but I did expected the items to be "well packed" as other reviews said but ended up disappointed..
