First voltage converter didn't work, and took 5 weeks to arrive despite me asking for express shipping, he offered a replacement, which is a perfectly good solution, but despite me reminding the seller 5 TIMES to send the replacement converter by express postage and to invoice me for the additional cost, he still sent it by china post economy, and claimed he "forgot" to send it by express, so now I have ANOTHER 5 weeks until I can get it, this seller is a joke, don't buy anything from this guy
