These ladder brackets are perfectly OK for the job they were designed to do, support ladders against a wall and that is exactly what they do at a fair and reasonable price, of course you can buy heavier duty types at higher cost , however, the question is, do you need heavy duty brackets for your domestic ladders, highly unlikely. Personally, I have a full set of extending ladders on one set of brackets and a complete 15foot. scaffolding frame set on another set, these brackets are supporting everything without any sign of weakness. The supplier did an excellent job in dispatching on time complete with a blow by blow account of where the order is and at what time you may expect it to arrive, spot on, arrived exactly as they said it would. If you want to hang your ladders in a safe and convenient way I would highly recommend the product and give the supplier a 100% award for customer attention and satisfaction, rarely seen these days. Don't hesitate, place your order now. ( No I do not work for the company )Read full review

Average quality but not expected to last if mounted outside. Once these brackets are mounted, the weight of the double reach ladder on the bracket tends to make aligning the holes for fixing the padlock into place very difficult to achieve. You need three hands at least. The quality of the paintwork is average with signs of flaking within a few days and rust showing after one bout of rain. The e bay advert didn't indicate it was a 'Rolson' product. Which about sums up the quality issue. Look elsewhere and prior to purchase is to ask the supplier the name of the manufacturer.

For the price, these brackets represent good value for money. They are easy to install, sufficiently robust to support most two piece ladders & can accept two padlocks thus aiding security. I did have to drill out the padlock holes to enlarge them to 9mm in order to accept the locks I already had. If you don't want to do this you need to ensure that you buy smaller padlocks which will fit the brackets as they come. I would not be confident of security if I was storing ladders in an easily accessable high risk area because the brackets could be sawn through or forced off the wall with a crowbar. Where this could be an issue, anchored shackles would be more appropriate. For the majority of domestic applications in a garage or enclosed yard however, I would say that this product is more than adequate.Read full review

Light weight metal brackets with a good protective coating (looks like powder coating). Supplied with wall plugs and screws although standard screws with no security value. You will need to budget for purchase of 2 padlocks to secure the lockable elements of each bracket. Fairly low security and would not offer much resistance to theft especially in remote location where noise would not be an issue, I intend to fit to side of house in residential area and will be fine for my low level use. Will be using security screws to fix to wall and additional lock to secure sections of ladder to prevent ladder being extended even if broken from brackets. Good VFM for my use.

Great value and does the job for my 3 section ladders which are not lightweight by any means. I did widen the holes for the padlocks to pass through as they would only allow a smaller type padlock to be fitted. Cant understand why some people are saying they are not strong enough? My ladders are heavy but the brackets hold okay without bending!
