t he quality of the string is quite bad. A string was broken when I tuned the cello . The seller said the strings are not good quality as it was factory fitted. The seller offered me a replacement of A string but never posted to me

Hi Yuhu, thank you for the feedback. The strings are expendable and its generally recommended that you replace your strings every 8-12 months to get the maximum quality out of your strings. The snap of a steel string is often caused by a sharp nut/bridge slot or just been over tuned. By the time eBay has hidden your Infos for privacy, so if you kindly check your message inbox, we have sent you three messages to ask for your receiving address for a complimentary string but got no replies. Thanks.
