La comunicazione puo' essere inviata, entro lo stesso termine, anche mediante, telegramma, telex, posta elettronica e fax, a condizione che sia confermata mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento entro le quarantotto ore successive; B) spedire a Ci.Di.Service srl, Via di Valle Foresta, 4B, 00062 Bracciano, (Roma), utilizzando un vettore a sua scelta ed a sue esclusive spese, entro quattordici giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce, il/i prodotto/i acquistato/i, opportunamente protetti e imballati nelle confezioni originali, corredati da tutti gli eventuali accessori, documentazione e manuali d’uso. Il cartellino identificativo e/o le etichette, ove presenti, dovranno essere ancora attaccati ai prodotti al momento della restituzione. E’ condizione essenziale per l’esercizio del diritto di recesso la sostanziale integrità dei prodotti da restituire. I prodotti non dovranno essere stati danneggiati o alterati. Il cliente dovrà restituire la merce, utilizzando un vettore a sua scelta ed a sue esclusive spese, al seguente indirizzo: “Ci.Di.Service srl, Via di Valle Foresta, 4B, 00062 Bracciano, (Roma). In caso d’esercizio del diritto di recesso, Ci.Di.Service srl, ricevuta la merce, controllata che la stessa e' integra, completa di tutte le sue parti, con gli imballi originali completamente integri e senza alcun danno, rimborserà al cliente l’importo versato, escluse le spese dirette alla restituzione della merce a Ci.Di.Service srl, nel minor tempo possibile ed, in ogni caso entro trenta giorni dalla data in cui Ci.Di.Service srl e' venuta a conoscenza dell’esercizio del diritto di recesso da parte del cliente. Ci.Di.Service srl rimborsera' al cliente l’importo versato con le seguenti modalita': bonifico bancario; rimborso PayPal. In caso di recesso parziale per acquisto di piu' prodotti non verranno rimborsate le spese di trasporto. La data di valuta dell’importo rimborsato sara' la stessa dell’addebito.
