Initially I was upset, as we all get when an order is fulfilled incorrectly. Springfield refunded the payment and then without me asking them, they sent the correct color. I cannot say that this is a regular practice or not, but I will say that they have earned my loyalty. I will continue to use Springfield in the future and recommend to anyone who asks!
