This particular case doesn't provide much coverage for the screen. It fits fine, however, if feels as if I was to drop it on the face side, it might still be damaged. Not very thick for the border part along the screen side. Can't really use the finger print option easily with this case. I am having to do this several times before unlocking. Also, the heart beat option on the rear facing camera is hard to use with this case as well. Overall, for the price, I would rate this as a 4 start product.

I'm sooooo pissed right now!!! I've my phone for years, I have purchased Otterbox cases previously and my phone was in great shape, however this last purchase was very disappointing!! The case looked nice and sturdy, however I now have a CRACKED SCREEN on my phone WHERE THERE WAS NONE!!😬😤

I've always loved Otterbox Cases. They are sturdy and last very long whilst offering great protection. I only have one tiny caveat on this particular case: the tab that covers the micro USB charging port is loose as does not close snug. It does stick out a bit when it is closed. It doesn't bother me really but in time it could become worse. Other than that this is as good as it gets for the old Note 4.

I love the Otterbox cases...the only wish I have is that put a bit of PIZAZZ into them....after awhile they all end up looking very similar!...but you can't beat the quality *-)

The Otterbox is the gold standard for phone cases. That being said, I've noticed a couple of issues with this one. It doesn't lie flat on its back. It will wobble which causes some issues with keyboard entry. Second, the plugs for the USB and headphone jack won't stay closed. Eventually they will break off. If not for these two issues, I would have given a 5-star rating.
