As a long time Tales Of fan, I was eager to buy this title. The gameplay is a mix of Symphonia and Graces F. The systems in place can be a bit daunting at first, but the game eases you into it. Graphics are on par for a game released at the tail end of the system. The game almost feels open world as the size of the maps and enemy encounters happen on the spot. Story is par for the course of the series. It gets better the further you go. All in all, if you are a Tales Of fan, I would recommend this. Only if like myself you haven't gotten a current console and only play occasionally.

I have always been a fan of the Nameco Tales series of video games and this one is no exception. The characters are appealing and the game play is adventuresome and intriguing.

I wanted another Tales game to play. I have several of them on different consoles.

The one single downside is probably the repetitive battles and tutorials (I hate all kinds of complicated tutorials, though I understand the necessity). Other than that... MARVELOUS. I'm in love with the story, the development of each character makes you just adore every single one. I even get to like the NPCs which I usually just ignore. The art, the graphics, the designs, visual effects... simply stunning.
